This commercial refurbishment spread over six floors covered an area of 50,000 sqft and consisted of SAS 330 perforated ceiling tiles, incorporated integrated lighting whilst accommodating existing sprinkler positions. Additional to this, a refurbishment for reception area plus six floors of lobby and accompanying facilities were also completed.
Consists of 4 floors of office refurbishment which comprises of open office areas & reception with the supply & install of specialist SAS suspended ceilings with a black mesh perimeter, along with drylining partitions, MF ceilings and margins, glass partitions, fire curtains and fire stopping.
This mixed use project consisted of 18 high end residential units situated above a new build church to support the local community which boasts a double height church hall and stage area with balcony seating area, office space & youth halls. Works include drylining partitions, MF ceilings, acoustic perforated ceilings, glass partitions, fire stopping and plaster skim finish.
The pre-preparatory classroom extension involved constructing a three-storey building with a basement and covered play area, featuring complex elements like a rooftop conservatory, first-floor extension, and an external spiral staircase. The project included significant demolition and construction work, and required careful planning to minimize disruption and ensure safety within the live school environment of Grindal House.
This project focused on the construction of a new five-storey office block plus external works at the Power Road Studios in Chiswick, the site is adjacent to a live railway line and this commercial build spans over 41,000 square feet. Circa 1000m2 of external SFS and weather defence board with internal perimeter linings, partitions, MF ceilings and Ecophon acoustic suspended baffles.
